general-372Hayling Island is well known for its variety of good pubs and restaurants and many attractions. World renowned sailing waters, fishing, windsurfing, Blue flag beaches, and Beachlands fun fair. Our harbours are some of the best places in the world to see shore birds with several sites designated as wildlife reserves.

Ideally placed for those wishing to visit the nearby maritime city of Portsmouth with its many attractions.

The historic city of Chichester is just a short journey away.

The picturesque fishing village of Emsworth is also well worth a visit.

Havant train station is a short journey away with trains leaving regularly to London, Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton. As well as buses on and off the island every 15 minutes.

Hayling Ferry is located on the south of the Island with a passenger ferry which goes to Portsmouth.

The Isle of Wight is just a day trip away and you can take the Hovercraft, passenger ferry or car ferry.

As well as all this Hayling has it’s own 18 hole links Championship golf course, Hayling Island Golf Club, plus Beachlands Par 3, a 9 hole Par 3 open to all abilities and ages where you are able to hire clubs and a round at a very reasonable cost.
